khv8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the khv8 website accessible at khv8.io and all associated mobile-optimised pages, services, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the khv8 platform for the purpose of betting, gaming, or any other activity offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the khv8 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and any credited bonus funds held in a Player's khv8 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account by khv8 under an active promotion, subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player directly into their khv8 account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the khv8 platform are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive platform operations, including promotional periods, settlement deadlines, and support availability windows.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, software code, content, data, graphics, and other materials owned by or licensed to khv8.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms. Where the word "including" is used, it shall be read as "including without limitation".

By accessing the khv8 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the khv8 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms published on the platform.

Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for the use of all khv8 services. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and khv8 relating to the use of the platform, whether oral or written. The most current version of these terms is always available on the khv8 website and is effective from the date of its publication.

To register and maintain an account on khv8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to meet this requirement throughout your use of the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are using the platform for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not located in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from the khv8 platform or placed under any mandatory exclusion order by a competent authority.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of khv8 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with the platform.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on khv8. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms. khv8 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your khv8 account. This responsibility includes maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

khv8 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code in addition to your password at each login. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify khv8 immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. khv8 will take prompt action to secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

khv8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account where suspicious activity is detected, where verification documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe, or where the account is believed to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, khv8 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via their registered email address, subject to the constraints of any ongoing investigation.

All transactions on the khv8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). khv8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to process during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) banking hours. khv8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have successfully verified their account — including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method — before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during BST business hours (08:00–22:00 BST).
• Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing times may vary from 3–7 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. khv8 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

In cases where a bonus has been credited to an account, withdrawals may be subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are fulfilled may be declined or have the bonus portion of the balance forfeited, at khv8's discretion.

khv8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which are published on the khv8 promotions page and constitute an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. The following general bonus rules apply to all khv8 promotions unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified khv8 account and are aged 21 or above.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement multiplier before any withdrawal of the bonus amount or associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless the promotion's specific terms state that the requirement applies to the deposit amount plus the bonus amount.
• Bonuses credited to an account expire if not used or if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the individual promotion's terms. • khv8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account where the wagering requirement is already in progress.

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity conducted on the khv8 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on khv8:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. khv8 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a palpable error in displayed odds — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction — khv8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account balance.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement times are stated within the applicable betting rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network and connection conditions. khv8 accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to a Player's internet connection issues.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. khv8 makes no representation that any particular outcome is more or less likely on any given game round, and all game results are final once the game round has concluded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game round, the records held on the khv8 server shall be the definitive source of truth. Players may request a review of any disputed outcome by contacting [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event.

khv8 covers cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international and domestic fixtures. Market-specific rules — including rules for rain-affected matches, player substitutions, abandoned matches, and match result disputes — are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform and should be read carefully before placing any bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khv8 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during account verification; impersonating another individual; or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the khv8 platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. khv8 applies strict anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one khv8 account per individual. This includes using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, manipulate outcomes, or share information in a manner that provides an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from the exploitation of known errors are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or payment reversals with a payment provider after deposits have been used for betting or gaming activity. khv8 will pursue the recovery of chargeback amounts through all available legal means.
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting or permitting an individual under 21 to access the platform using your account or credentials.

All content available on the khv8 platform — including but not limited to the khv8 logo, brand name, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, data compilations, promotional materials, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of khv8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the khv8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any khv8 content or materials without prior written consent from khv8.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any khv8 software or technology.
• Use the khv8 brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without khv8's express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the khv8 platform using automated tools.

Any use of khv8 intellectual property outside the scope of the limited licence granted above constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. Third-party game content displayed on the khv8 platform — including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khv8 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the khv8 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon, including but not limited to planned maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from a Player's use of the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that contains a palpable error.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit khv8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to this carve-out, khv8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The khv8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. khv8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

khv8 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform use. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the khv8 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at khv8.io/privacy-policy.

By registering an account on khv8, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key aspects of khv8's data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of platform services.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. khv8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

khv8 may suspend or permanently close your account and terminate your access to the platform at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• khv8 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
• Your account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in your balance will be reviewed. khv8 may, at its sole discretion, return verified real money deposits (excluding bonus funds, bonus winnings, and any funds derived from prohibited conduct) after completing any required investigation. This process may take up to 30 days.

You may close your khv8 account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements have been met and no investigation is pending.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which khv8 holds its operating licence. khv8 operates under an international gaming licence and makes its platform available to players in Bangladesh on this basis.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the khv8 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. khv8 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through khv8's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent khv8 from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud or abuse of the platform.
